These are informal sessions with LUX Scotland staff aimed at developing a wide-ranging dialogue around your practice and can involve any or all of the following areas:
– looking at and discussing your work and the direction it is taking
– talking over some possible ‘next steps’ for your project, including advice on exhibition possibilities and thinking about appropriate organisations to research and approach
– advice on: developing your practice /networks and self-promotion /funding and budget writing /production and project planning /organising research viewing of works in the LUX collection that may be of interest.
Sessions usually last for approximately 30 minutes.
When /Where
Sunday March 13th, midday to early afternoon in-person at Gaada Workshop in Burra.

You must be a Shetland based artist who works with moving image in some way.
Priority will be given to those that have not had a LUX Scotland Advice Session in the past 12 months.
Please do not book unless you are sure you can make it.
