£24,000 pro rata, 0.8 (4 days/​week), permanent contract

LUX Scotland is seeking a dynamic Programme Manager to join its team. This role provides support to the Director in the planning and delivery of an ambitious artistic programme of screenings, exhibitions, commissions, live events, touring projects and festivals.

The Programme Manager holds responsibility for the day-to-day aspects of programme planning and delivery; contributes to the research and development of future programmes and audience development initiatives; assists the Director in fundraising and grant-writing; and supports the establishment of the new LUX Scotland distribution collection.

The post-holder will play a key role in ensuring that LUX Scotland remains artistically ambitious and effectively supports and promotes artists working with the moving image in Scotland. This work places the needs of the artists’ moving image community at the heart of the programme and ensures that LUX Scotland remains central to discourses around artists’ moving image practice in Scotland.

Candidates will have at least three years’ experience working in a relevant role.
