Alternative Film/Video 2018 will take place from 12-16 December at Students’ City Cultural Center in Belgrade. They invite submissions of work that responds to the theme: ‘collective’.

Submissions to London Short Film Festival 2019
London Short Film Festival are looking for distinct voices in short filmmaking. A ‘promoter of uncompromising auteurs’, the festival hosts its 16th edition in 2019, screening over 500 films across London venues.

Aesthetica Art Prize
The Aesthetica Art Prize is a celebration of excellence in art from across the world. It offers both emerging and established artists the opportunity to showcase their work to a wider audience, and further their engagement with the international art world.

The Stuttgarter Filmwinter Festival for Expanded Media invites submissions of short and experimental films, installations, network culture, AV performances and live-acts.
Deadline: 1 September 2018

IFFR invite submissions to their 2019 edition. The festival’s focus is on recent work by both emerging and established filmmakers from all backgrounds in their artistic endeavours.

A visual arts and experimental film night at the Hackney Picture House, Underneath the Floorboards invites submissions of work that ‘creates an interesting language of its own’.

Submissions to The Face of the Earth
Espacio Pla, Buenos Aires, invites submissions of video work to be part of the installation Videomundo Virtual – a recreation of a sphere-shaped structure with six TV sets. Work should respond to the following topics: Integrated World Capitalism, The problem of image, Precarious lovers, or Seduction vs. Production.
